Most doctors, manual therapists, and fitness instructors are not trained to look at posture structurally. That’s like a car mechanic “diagnosing” a car’s troubles by looking only at its exterior. Most trainers, instructors and therapists don’t ever learn how to actually measure posture. Medical doctors learn to diagnose conditions, but not how to accurately interpret posture.
In order to receive a tailored exercise program to suit your specific posture needs, you will submit 4 images by email to Dr Paula Moore, our resident posture doctor. From those images your posture will be assessed using mathematical analysis, and from our analysis an appropriate rehabilitation exercise program will be designed for you and emailed to you in a folder with specific instructions.
If you suspect you have a chronic posture issue, it is essential that you discover the underlying cause. This may be the most important step for you to take in order to regain attractive, confident posture and get back to fitness and optimum health.
