Awesome! Thank you so much. I am an athlete and I am constantly active. I have been in very heavy weight lifting for over 5 years and I almost always focused on my chest muscles, which pulled my head and shoulders forward. At the start of this year I have developed an abnormally sized hump on lower neck/upper back, my chiropractor just said it was some hump laughed and told me I need to work on posture, but I really didn’t know how.
