A few months ago I noticed my posture was not all it should be. The long hours spent working at the computer were beginning to take their toll. My first reaction was what can I do about this, this prompted a internet search and this is where I found Paula Moore. I have recently purchased Paula’s new book, this explains the importance of good posture and details the steps you can take to correct your posture. I am at the moment following the suggested exercise routines and I do notice my posture is improving, added to this it has also given me a real awareness of my posture in day to day situations.
